Singapore Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 14-30 days.
International Delivery:  Your order will be delivered within 14-60 days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping location you choose.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Singapore Delivery: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Delivery is also restricted to certain areas within Singapore.
International Delivery: Due to the current crisis related to the attack on Ukraine, we temporarily suspend shipping to the following countries: - Belarus - Moldova - Russia - Ukraine

HANDLING AND CUSTOMS FEE

For international deliveries, additional fees such as handling or customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly outlined during the checkout process.

SHIPPING METHOD

Your order may be delivered by sea or air. You may or may not receive a tracking number for your order that is shipped. This will be dependent on the product you have ordered and also the address of shipping.
