Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for a Refund:
We currently do not accept any returns. However, you may contact us to request of a refund if the product received is damaged, not satisfactory in quality or not match to product listings as described. To be eligible for a refund, product photos must be provided upon receipt of delivery within 3 days, along with the reason for refund.
Requesting a Refund/Replacement:
To request a refund/replacement, please contact us at hello@ahma.shop.You may opt for a refund or a replacement to your product. We will provide instructions for returning the product and will process your refund once we have received and inspected the returned product.
Refund Amount:
If your request for a refund is approved, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow approximately 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Replacement Method:
If your request for a replacement is approved, we will ship out a new piece of the same product to your indicated address including shipping costs.
